Welcome to the home page of "8 Years Difference" . A Southern Rock band from Cheraw, Mississippi. Brothers, Lee and Woodrow Pounds formed the band "8 Years Difference" in early 2004. The band originated from a passion older brother Lee had as a teen. Woodrow, eight years younger picked up the guitar at an early age and things really started to come together.
Within three short years, Woodrow's ability to play the guitar simply exploded and along with Lee's amazing vocals the pair have become a band in the making. They began to write their own material in late 2004.
